And we're back in renewal business with NBC.
The Peacock has finally handed out a renewal for its comedy "Parks & Recreation". The show will return for a fifth season, according to TVLine's Michael Ausiello.
According to various other sources, the pickup is for a full season of 22 episodes.
And according to the Hollywood Reporter, freshman comedy "Up All Night" has also been renewed. The order is for 13 episodes as well.
Then there's EW's James Hibberd who has the scoop that aside from the above, NBC has also picked up "The Office" for another season. That was merely a formality after actors Jenna Fischer, John Krasinsky and Ed Helms have signed on to return.
According to TVLine's Ausiello, that pickup is not yet official, because the actors haven't put their names on the contracts, yet. Check back here for confirmation. See what I'm dealing with here? :)
And finally, again per TVLine's Michael Ausiello, in a bit of a surprising move, "Whitney" has indeed scored a renewal as well.
More to come… refresh for the latest...
