CBS Picks UNFORGETTABLE, HOW TO BE A GENTLEMAN, THE 2-2 To Series
It's NBC's and FOX' upfront day today, but of course, the other networks still have many things to decide.
Per Deadline's Nellie Andreeva, CBS has decided - to pick up dramas "Rookies", which is now called "The 2-2" and "Unforgettable", which was formerly known as "The Rememberer", as well as comedy "How To Be A Gentleman" to series.
Drama "Person of Interest" and comedy "Two Broke Girls" were ordered back on Friday.
"The 2-2" is about a group of six NYPD rookie cops learning the ropes on the streets of Manhattan. Starring Matthew Broderick, Leelee Sobieski and Terry Kinney. Robert De Niro is exec producing.
"Unforgettable" centers on Carrie Wells (Poppy Montgomery) a former detective and now a volunteer at a nursing home, who has the uncanny ability to remember everything, which is a gift in her professional life, but a curse in her personal one. Dylan Walsh co-stars.
- "How To Be A Gentleman" from David Hornsby is based on the book by the same name, and is a buddy comedy centering on Alan (Hornsby), an uptight guy who learns how to live his life with the help of his former high school classmate Bert (Kevin Dillon), a man stuck with a teenage optimism and no concept for boundaries.
