Per EW's Michael Ausiello, HBO has ordered a third season of its therapy drama "In Treatment" after closing a deal with lead Gabriel Byrne.
Production on season three will start in 2010, with an airdate later in the year.
Dan Futterman and his wife Anya Epstein have been tapped to take over as co-showrunners.
