EW's Michael Ausiello reports today that former "Superman Returns" frontman Brandon Routh has joined NBC's "Chuck" for mulitple episodes.
Routh plays Shaw, a mysterious new spy who takes control over Operation Bartowski. He becomes Chuck's new mentor. Safe to say: Sarah doesn't like it.
