The Hollywood Reporter reports today that Chris O`Donnell and LL Cool J are both in talks to star in CBS' upcoming "NCIS" spinoff.
O'Donnell would play Cullen, sort of a chameleon who can assume various identities, which makes him perfect for undercover work, while LL Cool J is in talks to play Sam Hannah, a tough but charming former U.S. Navy Seal.
