Hello Folks!
EW's Michael Ausiello reports today that Michael Cassidy will soon make his departure from The CW's "Privileged", at least for the time being. He'll be last seen in episode 15, when his character Charlie decides to go back to college.
Series creator Rina Mimoun doesn't rule out a return next season, if there in fact is a next season. "Right now, I'm more concerned about "Privileged" returning for a second season than just Charlie. If everyone wants both, then I think we have a shot!"

Merry Christmas And A Happy New Year!
Hello Folks!
It was again a very busy year of TV. It started out rather unfortunately, with the writers strike still ongoing and claiming many hours of our beloved shows, and in its aftermath some shows as a whole. As we had to bid goodbye to some shows we loved, most of us also were able to welcome new ones into their homes. And although this season will probably go down in US TV history as one of the most uneven, and for some networks truly catastrophic years, it still had many great moments. And we can look forward to another year. which will further re-define the way all of us watch TV due to many new possibilities, commonly referred to as "new media". I want to wish all of you and your folks a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! May your wishes for 2009 come true. Since the next few days will be very slow to non-existent in terms of TV news, I will take a step back from news reporting, but will be around in case any unforseen development deserve mentioning. Otherwise, expect to hear from me again in full capacity around January 5. Until then, take care, and here's to a new year of hopefully great TV! :)
